Leads a team of 10+ designers to fulfill marketing requests, emphasizing quality control and project management. Ensures deadlines are set correctly, clients receive all materials on time, and guidance is provided to junior designers.

Worked on a variety of marketing-related projects for community events, our on-campus recreation center & its programs, student government, etc. Requests varied –– full print/digital marketing campaigns, apparel/merch design, mounted/laminated signage, vinyl installations, banners, stand-up signs, etc.

Oversaw all social media/communication channels, leading to a 40% follower increase, and was responsible for promoting Fall Primary Recruitment, which saw an enrollment rise of 52% during the two years I was elected to my position.
