Fall Concert 2025
ASI at CSUF annually hosts two major concerts, Spring and Fall, which designers in my department are able to pitch design concepts for. This is my pitch for Fall Concert 2025, which is the first of its kind.
Overview

CSUF recently passed a tuition fee increase, enabling ASI's Programming department to host two major concerts a year instead of one. The first Fall Concert 2025 is planned to be an indie music festival, featuring artists Zack Fox, Samara Cyn, Paris Texas, and The Two Lips, and it was requested the visual identity evoke playful, camp nostalgic.

In 10 days, I designed a title treatment and brand suite that was eye-catching and demonstrated a colorful, rustic vibe. Besides key art featuring each artist, I also included what it might look like to have the usual deliverables needed –– social media, hats, shirts, hoodies, wristband, media passes, signage, and stage banners.

As the first annual Fall Concert, the creative direction was up to the designer's interpretation. Our Programming department's idea was to have diverse, indie artists, so I chose to create a brand that was upbeat and colorful, while still retaining a camp-inspired aesthetic.

The goal was to capture the playful energy of indie music and create visually that felt inviting for a first-time event. Although my concept was not selected, it was recognized as a top two finalist.
