Panhellenic Recruitment
A Panhellenic Council governs the sororities on a university campus, and plans the annual sorority recruitment process. As Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing, I developed the marketing for recruitment, then created educational resources for PNMs to access after signing up.
Overview
In 2023 and 2024, I was elected to my university's Panhellenic Council as Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing. Recruitment numbers dipped after the pandemic, so I planned, wrote, and designed new branding and marketing assets to attract more PNMS.
This has included print, social media, web, layout and apparel graphics, as well as coordinating promotional photoshoots, social media campaigns, and in-person events. By working with the six sororities on my campus, recruitment numbers increased to nearly 500 PNMs, which is a milestone that hasn't been reached since 2017.
